Meet Rebecca Mason

About Me

Rebecca brings a dynamic blend of business strategy, marketing expertise, and education to the legal services field. With an extensive background in sales and marketing, she has developed a reputation for combining strategic insight with creative vision to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.

Her passion for storytelling and brand development has shaped her ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Before transitioning into legal services, Rebecca built and marketed successful skincare and cosmetic brands and later operated her own beauty and wellness business. Her entrepreneurial experience honed her understanding of client relations, negotiation, and business operations—skills she now applies to supporting legal professionals and firms in achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence. For the past ten years, Rebecca shared her expertise as a sales and negotiation instructor at The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in downtown Los Angeles.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Business & Management from the University of Illinois.

Outside of her professional life, Rebecca enjoys music, travel, entertaining, and outdoor adventures such as kayaking, tennis, and hiking. She loves spending time with her daughter, who shares her enthusiasm for exploring new places and experiences. Rebecca also gives back to her community by volunteering at a homeless women’s shelter, where she teaches courses on conflict management and personal development.

Fun Fact: Rebecca’s adventurous spirit once took her to Africa, where she climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. She’s currently learning to play guitar, and working on publishing her first screenplay.
