About Me
In this key leadership role, Joy oversees critical aspects of billing, including providing in-depth analysis, assessing rates, and preparing reporter payroll to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Joy has been in the industry for 25 years. Her solid foundation was built from her many roles in billing. Starting as a biller and gradually advancing to billing manager, responsible for billing operations and overseeing the team, and eventually becoming the Director of Billing. We are lucky to have this level of talent on our team.
Outside of work, Joy is enthusiastic about traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. She loves discovering unfamiliar places and cultures, whether through outdoor activities or trying diverse cuisines. Joy enjoys the process of finding great bargains while shopping. These diverse interests well represent her commitment to keeping a balance, and nurturing growth in both her professional and personal life.
FUN FACT: Recently, Joy has developed an interest in bread-making, which has become a fun, creative, and delicious outlet for her.
