Rosie DeLuca Miller leads Express Deposition Services. Effectively overseeing multiple teams, including Marketing, Sales, Scheduling, Billing and Customer Service, she and her teams are leading the way in growth and quality initiatives. Rosie believes that result driven data is a core component in providing excellence in service standards while elevating the customer experience for all Express Deposition clients.

Rosie and her teams understand the importance of fostering strong relationships with vendors and clients built on trust and value.
Rosie is a highly qualified finance & operations leader with over 15 years’ experience in the Legal Services Industry. She has been tasked repeatedly to optimize profits, increase client satisfaction, and institute process improvement protocols. She has an International Master of Business in Finance. She and her family reside in Texas. When Rosie is not working, she enjoys cooking, baking and traveling.
