Since 2021, Tracy has been a driving force in overseeing the deposition side of our network, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues. With over 25 years of experience in court reporting and the legal industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence. Her expertise has been instrumental in staff development, resource management, and creating efficient processes that deliver outstanding results.
Tracy collaborates closely with all departments to streamline workflows from scheduling to billing, always striving to enhance service quality and client satisfaction. Her strong leadership and attention to detail make her a trusted resource and a key point of contact for operational needs.
A graduate of Miramar College’s Paralegal Program, Tracy now resides in Texas, where she loves spending time with her grandchildren and watching them grow. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening (proudly turning her once black thumb green), grilling, and making the most of family moments.
Fun Fact: Tracy enjoys Paint by Numbers and finds it to be very relaxing and therapeutic.
